\u5404\u4f4d\u8001\u5e2b\u548cRoom Parents\uff0c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u672c\u9031\u516d(3\/25)\u5343\u6a61\u4e2d\u6587\u5b78\u6821\u5c07\u8209\u8fa6\u7b2c\u5341\u4e09\u5c46\u904b\u52d5\u6703\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u7576\u5929\u9700\u8981\u7684\u6ce8\u610f\u4e8b\u9805\uff0c\u6211\u5728\u9019\u88e1\u5f37\u8abf\u4e00\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.     \u8acb\u5404\u4f4dRoom Parent\u57289:30am\u7684\u6642\u5019\u4f86\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u9818\u53d6\u5c0f\u670b\u53cb\u5011\u7684\u904b\u52d5\u6703T\u6064\u548c\u73ed\u7d1a\u6d77\u5831\u3002\u904b\u52d5\u6703T\u6064\u5165\u5834\u7684\u6642\u5019\u8981\u7a7f\uff0c\u6bcf\u500b\u5c0f\u670b\u53cb\u90fd\u6709\uff0c\u6839\u64da\u4e4b\u524d\u4f60\u5011\u4e0a\u5831\u7684\u5c3a\u5bf8\u6578\u91cf\u9818\u53d6\uff08\u82e5\u8863\u670d\u5c3a\u5bf8\u9700\u8981\u66f4\u63db\u7684\uff0c\u8acb\u5118\u5feb\u5230\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u66f4\u63db\uff09\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.     \u8acb\u5404\u4f4dRoom Parent\u53ca\u5bb6\u9577\u770b\u597d\u5404\u73ed\u7684\u5c0f\u5b69\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u5b89\u5168\uff01<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.     \u7531\u65bc\u662f\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u89aa\u5b50\u904b\u52d5\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u904b\u52d5\u6703\u7576\u5929\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u6b61\u8fce\u5230Question Stand \u8a62\u554f\u3002\u540c\u6642\u8acb\u5927\u5bb6\u914d\u5408\u73fe\u5834\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u54e1\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u807d\u5f9e\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u54e1\u7684\u5b89\u6392\u8abf\u5ea6\u3002\u8b1d\u8b1d\uff01<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dear Teachers and Room Parents,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Saturday (3\/25) Thousand Oaks Chinese School will hold the 13th FamilyFun Track&Field event. I would like to remind everyone the following key points:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Room Parents, please come to the office at 9:30am to pick up the children’s T-shirts and class posters. Every child has a T-shirt and needs to wear it at opening ceremony.  If the size of the T-shirt needs to be changed, please go to the office to change it as soon as possible);<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. After the second class is over, teachers and students of each class will attend the opening ceremony. The school staff will take a group photo of each class and put it in the yearbook. Please wear the T-shirts and bring the poster of each class to the field. After the opening ceremony, students who do not participate in the games can be picked up by their parents (please make sure that the parents know the pick-up location and time, ~12:20pm). Other students, please sit in the designated class position;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Room Parent will need to prepare lunch and water\/drinks of each class for people participating in this event (including parents, teachers, TA, etc.). Afterwards, please take the receipt to reimburse part of the meal expenses with PVA. For the detailed rules of reimbursement, please refer to Attachment 1;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Please refer to Attachment 2 for the schedule of the games. Please remind the students who will participate in the games when the time comes. All children who want to participate can join the games, even if they have not registered before;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. It is recommended that each class prepares a Canopy for the students. Please clean up the field after the event;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Safety is No. 1! Room Parents and parents, please take care of the children in each class and ensure everyone’s safety!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Since this year\u2019s Track&Field games are new for everyone, please go to the Question Stand if there are any questions. At the same time, please follow the arrangements of the staff in the field. Thank you for your cooperation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
