TOCS  resumes on May 30, 2015. 

Next Saturday, June 6 ,2015 , will be the last day of TOCS 2014-2015 school year. The year-end closing ceremony will scheduled at 10:00 am in TOHS Auditorium(P.A.C on map).  

Also please remember there will be the last SAT test at TOHS campus of this school year on June 6,2015. Don’t cross TOHS campus  when you and/or your students walk to TOHS  Auditorium. Please use the sidewalk which is parallel to Moorpark Rd instead! 

Only 3rd grade and above students will be going to TOHS Auditorium for the closing ceremony!

PreK to 2nd grade students will not be participating the ceremony. Parents of PreK to 2nd Grader, please pick up your kid(s) before 10:00 am and welcome to bring your younger one(s) to TOHS Auditorium if you have 3rd and/or  above grader.

The ceremony is scheduled end at 12:00 PM.

Please note there will NO YEAR-END PICNIC PARTY this year!

There is no Chinese School on Saturday May 23 2015. It is the Memorial Holiday weekend.

Wish everyone have a good break and a fun camping trip!

 Important Notice

For students who will register for next year’s 9^th grade and 10^th grade classes, please pay close attention to this important registration notice.

Per the request of 9^th and 10^th grade teachers, the 3^rd Period Chinese AP class will not be open to those students who are not registered in the 9^th or 10^th grade class, respectively.

The registered 9^th graders will go to the 9^th grade 3^rd Period Chinese AP directly, and likewise for the 10^th graders to the 10^th grade 3^rd Period Chinese AP.

Therefore, the 3^rd Period Chinese AP class will not available to the public enrollment through registration. Registered 9^th grade and 10^th grade students will automatically be enrolled in the 3^rd Period Chinese AP class, unless they sign up for other 3^rd period classes of their own interests.

Registration Announcement for School Year 2015– 2016

Thousand Oaks Chinese School online registration for year 2015-2016 will be available on 5/17/2015.  The first day of the next school year will be 8/29/2015 and the last day of the school year will be 6/4/2016.

• If you already have an account, please go to https://www.to-cs.org/chineseschool/signin to start registration.  If you are not sure about your account, please try to find out by clicking “Forgot username? Try to find username here”, “Forgot password? Request password reset here” or contact engineering@to-cs.org.
• If you registered your child (ren) at TOCS previously, and have not created an account yet, please contact engineering@to-cs.org with your information to obtain invitation to link to your existing data.
• If you are completely new to TOCS, please go to https://www.to-cs.org/chineseschool/signin, click “New to Thousand Oaks Chinese School? Register here” to create your new account, follow the instructions to input family and student information, and start your registration.
• IMPORTANT: DO NOT create multiple accounts — you may mess up your existing data.  KEEP your family and student information updated if any information changed.
• You will receive $50 tuition discount if you register during pre-registration period: 5/17/2015 – 6/30/2015, tuition fee: $430.00
• Registration system will be shut down during TOCS summer vacation period from 7/1/2015 to 7/31/2015
• Regular registration starts from 8/1/2015 tuition fee: $480.00
